Insurance
As a courtesy in our office, we will file your insurance for you and will try to assist in any way we can. Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance company. Insurance benefits are determined by the insurance company and not by this office. As our office policy states, you, the patient, are ultimately responsible for all charges. We encourage all of our patients to gain as much understanding on what kind of benefits their insurance plan offers. Calling your insurance company directly or contacting your Human Resources Department at your place of employment can accomplish this.

Why Doesn't My Insurance Pay for This?
Payments
We are a fee for service office; therefore it is our policy to request payment for professional services at the time they are performed. For your convenience we accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and our in-house financing program, CareCredit. For large extensive treatment plans we can arrange a payment schedule that meets your financial needs. We ask that you make an appointment with or call our financial coordinator. She will be happy to work with you and together arrive at a plan that is mutually agreeable. Our goal is to help you attain and retain a healthy smile; therefore we will make every effort to help you receive the necessary services.
On routine dental visits, the office will gladly accept the assignment of dental benefits. Once the insurance payment has been received, you will be billed for any unpaid balance and we would appreciate your remittance within 30 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
